Website is still under construction.
My biomedical engineering story began as a child when I saw "The Empire Strikes Back", the mind-blowing moment after the big reveal that (spoilers) shortly after cutting off Luke's hand Darth Vader shares that he is Luke's father. Bad parenting aside, after this iconic scene came the scene that pushed me down the path of biomedical engineering - Luke's robotic hand. My mind was sent reeling at all the possibilities, was this something we could do? How could it work? How did he feel the poke if it's all metal? These questions all catalyzed my passion for learning about the beautiful world of cellular biology.
With respect to this site, much of it is still under construction. Expect updates shortly!
